Meals are prepared fresh on the day of delivery and are offered on Tuesday's and Thursday's and some weekends. The menus change from week to week with a focus on family friendly, healthy home cooked meals. Laura and Bill are also committed to using seasonal, organic, locally grown ingredients whenever possible. Grass-fed beef and locally-raised organic chickens and duck are available upon request certain times of the year. Kid-friendly food and meals for freezer are also available.

Allergies and Special Diets
No problem. Laura and Bill are very sensitive to special diets having a child that has many food allergies and having to stay away from many foods themselves! We can cook egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, vegetarian, vegan, raw foods, macrobiotics, diabetic, and nut-free. Whatever your dietary restrictions are we are happy to cook for you.
If you are looking to change your way of eating and do not know where to start, Laura can help. After having her gall bladder removed at the age of 27, she knew something was wrong and it had everything to do with diet. While attending the Natural Gourmet Culinary Program, Laura changed her way of eating, regained her health and has helped many others on their path to healing with food.
